At Baufritz you are welcome to see our quality for yourself when visiting the factory. Take a look behind the scenes of our state-of-the-art production and be there when a Baufritz home is being fabricated.

Every Baufritz home is different as each one is individually designed through collaboration with one of their in-house architects and interior design specialists. From high-tech eco houses for streamlined living to sustainably built houses that are ideal for a growing family, we will be happy to meet your needs with a bespoke design, building and service.

Many people find product sampling (the selection of external and internal finishes) the most exciting part of the designing and building process, as it entails a visit to our showroom in Erkheim, Germany.

You will be invited to come to our state-of-the-art design centre in Germany to specify your house. Here, you can be inspired by our show homes and design centre and make choices regarding floors, windows, cladding, doors, roof tiles etc, with advice from our experienced designers.

With UK offices based near Cambridge, Baufritz uses only timber construction to create ecological and healthy homes. Our vision is to build homes that combine an unrivalled level of comfort and luxury with an abundance of natural materials, which enable you to enjoy the benefits of environmentally friendly living effortlessly.

We understand that the scope of the contract and the timelines vary from client to client, once everything has been agreed and contractually signed, you have full peace of mind.

The house you choose would be designed by an architect and the price agreed and quoted for the build will be the fixed price and timescale.

In the factory we are able to pre-install sanitation and electrics. We offer a shell construction route for self builders who want to project manage follow up trades – delivering the the house shell, including walls, floors and roof.

Self builders can also choose the turnkey route- high-performance shell construction plus complete interior fittings including technical equipment.

What’s more, we facilitate groundworks, demolition and basement construction through contracts with our third-party specialist suppliers. No two of our houses are the same.
