The Ava 154 is a new, contemporary design. You’d never believe this was a log home! With an open streamlined architecture, breathtakingly large landscape windows add to the feeling of space and ensure that you can enjoy the beauty of the seasons without hindrance.
Internally, the full-height open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area adds to the overall feeling of space – you’ll love conjuring up delicious meals in this space. The glazing also allows light to flood both up the central staircase and directly onto the upstairs landing / second living room. Perhaps you’d use this as a study? The inwards opening fully glazed door in this area lets in plenty of fresh air, with a Juliet balcony for safety.
In the standard design there is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, with plenty of storage space and a large utility area / sauna. The entrance hallway is shown to the side of the house, but of course you can customise the design to suit your own needs – perhaps a larger utility room, or an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and upstairs WC, but again the layout could be configured how you want. Self build is all about you!
